| Dear Bob, Thank you sooo much for all you did for my fathers funeral (Larry Ciacci). Knowing my father gives you a special insight into the man. He was a tough man to love, but a good guy and a great Dad.

| Dear Bob, Those two simple words dont even come close to doing justice to what I feel about all you did for my family. My grandmother was an amazing woman and played a very profound role in my life. Her passing was a huge loss for my mother, my family and myself. In a time when there was little we could do other than mourn her, to know that she was in your hands being cared for is something I could never thank you enough for. My grandmother was a wonderful woman, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. Althoug her later years were not her best, I think what you did for her did her justice in so many ways.
