Ann Cipos, age 99, of Phoenix, beloved wife of the late, Stephen Cipos, passed away peacefully on October 28,2024. Anna Marie Ellen Mastrangelo was born on July 22, 1925 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. A high school graduate, Ann went on to work for many years ending her career at Bridgeport Mental Health. While at Dictaphone, she met Stephen Cipos. They married and shared a long, full life together in Connecticut, Utah, Buffalo, New York, and Virginia. They enjoyed travels throughout the United States and in Europe and the Middle East. In her final years, she lived in beautiful Arizona. Soon after her arrival in Scottsdale, she attended many performances of Ballet Arizona and was a frequent visitor of the Heard Museum. Her lifetime love of all art forms and education has been an inspiration for many with Mark, my brother, becoming an accomplished architect. Her creativity, curiosity and artistic talents are now gifts embodied in her grandchildren. Ann was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Cipos. Ann is survived by her son, Mark Cipos, his children, Sonja and William, and her daughter, Janice Pangrazzi and husband, Richard, who always brought the brightest smile to her face even in the difficult final days of her life.
