Ann Toronto

Toronto, Ann Busso Toronto, age 96, of Trumbull, was a beautiful soul, who touched the lives of so many and will never be forgotten, beloved wife of the late Joseph Serge and Louis Toronto, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2016 in her residence with her loving family by her side. Ann was born on December 21, 1919 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Vincenza Busso. Ann is survived by one son, Ronald Serge and wife Debbie of St. Augustine, FL, one daughter, Kathryn Ferguson and husband Alan Jr. of Reston, VA, four grandchildren, Jeffrey Ferguson and wife Noelle of Nevada, Danielle DeLibro and husband David of Trumbull, Kristian Ferguson and wife Stephanie of Virginia and Melissa Giovanni and husband Bill of Shelton, seven great grandchildren, two brothers, Paul Busso of Trumbull and Vincent Busso and wife Ellen of Orange City, FL, former daughter-in-law, Josie Prudhon and husband Ron of SC, cherished goddaughter, Ann DeGeralamo and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved parents, Ann was also predeceased by several brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 6, 2016 at 9:30 AM DIRECTLY in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Brian P. Gannon. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford.
