Diane Saksa Obituary

Diane M. Jarusinsky Saksa, age 77, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late, William J. Saksa Jr., passed away suddenly on December 19, 2021 in her residence with her loving family by her side. Diane was born on August 17, 1944 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late John and Adele Krupski Jarusinsky. She was employed by Piolet Pens as a Senior Customer Service representative for many years and was an animal lover. Diane was a loving, strong and giving woman, who was the rock of her family. Diane is survived by one son, Nicholas S. Saksa of Stratford, three daughters, Laura A. Kinsella and partner, Christopher Cameron of Milford, Rhea C. D’Agosta and partner, David McGee of Milford and Christy M. Hugya and husband, Jeffrey of Shelton, six grandchildren, Karli, Charlotte, Julia, William, Nicholas and Anthony, one sister, Lorraine Conway of Easton and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Holy Name of Jesus Church, 1950 Barnum Avenue, where a Christian Mass of Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Albert Pinciaro. Interment will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford.
