Sherwood, Edna Sherwood, age 77, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2016 in Birmingham Health Center. She was employed by Gesswein Company for many years. Edna is survived by her son, John Nastasia, her daughter, Janis Laliberte and her husband, Emile, grandchildren, Alexander Laliberte, Elizabeth Bibeault and her husband, Robert and dear friends, Sam and Susan Pagano. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Richard and Edith Sherwood, one brother, Richard Sherwood, and longtime companion, Frank Jordana.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. James Church, 2070 Main Street, Stratford where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Rogerio Perri. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford.
