Frances T Brunt

Brunt, Frances T. Kratky Brunt, age 95, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Willard Brunt, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2016 in the Carolton Convalescent Home with her loving family by her side. Frances was born on July 14, 1921in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Stephen and Agnes Gajdwsik Kratky. She was a long time resident of Stratford and worked At Bic Inc. in Milford as a Machine Operator until her retirement. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister. Frances is survived by one son, Bill Brunt of Stratford, three grandchildren, Linda Brunt Gauvin and husband Matthew of Stratford, Jeffrey Brunt and wife Patricia, of Naples, Italy and John R. Brunt and wife Shannon Haplin-Brunt of Trumbull, five great grandchildren, Gabrielle Brunt of Tucson, AZ, Falisha Fortune of NH, Madalyn Gauvin of Stratford, Aiden and Maura Brunt of Trumbull, two sisters, Mary Czerwinski of Shelton and Teresa Lozowski of Stratford and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband, Willard, Frances was also predeceased by one son, John S. Brunt, one daughter-in-law, Sharon Eichar Brunt and one brother, John Kratky.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 9:00 at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford celebrated by Rev. Andrew Marus. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 PM.
