Giuseppina Trombetta

Giuseppina “Pina” A. Pagliarulo Trombetta, age 82, of Milford, beloved wife of Umberto Trombetta, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2021 in Bridgeport Hospital with her loving family by her side. Giuseppina was born on August 18, 1939 in Serino, Italy and was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Giovanna Cirasuolo Pagliarulo. She worked for over 40 years at her family’s restuarant Pasquale’s Pizza in Milford and enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and being the best nonna to her cherished grandchildren. In addition to her beloved husband, Umberto, Giuseppina is also survived by one son, Vincenzo Trombetta and wife, Marissa of Milford, two grandchildren, Francesco and Alessandra Trombetta, one brother, Pasquale Pagliarulo and wife, Anna of Madison, CT, one sister, Pasqualina Santoro and husband, Frank of Orange, one daughter-in-law, Christine Trombetta of Milford and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved parents, Giuseppina was also predeceased by one son, Francesco Trombetta. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 9:00 AM in St. Agnes Church, 400 Merwin Avenue, Milford. Interment will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford, CT. Friends may call on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford.
