Jay P Hebert

Hebert, Jay P. Hebert, age 57, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2016 at the Western Rehabilitation Care Center. Jay was born on March 23, 1959 in Norwalk and was the son of the late Artwell and Doris Spence Hebert. Jay was employed by BKM as a project manager for several years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #289, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends, especially at the Shakespeare Theater. Jay adored his niece, Sarah, and his loving brother, Gene, who was always by his side. Jay is survived by one brother, Eugene (Gene) A. Hebert of Stratford, one special niece, Sarah Hebert Conder (Dan) of Stratford and two great nieces, Kiely and Kaitlyn. In addition to his beloved parents, Jay was also predeceased by one brother, Jeffery W. Hebert.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016, at 10:00 AM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford, celebrated by Rev. Nicholas Pavia. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to defray final expenses may be made in care of Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home.
