Judith F. O'Brien

O’ Brien, Judith Ford O’Brien, age 80, previously of Stratford, CT, New Port Richey, FL, and Bridgewater, NJ, beloved wife of the late Richard O’Brien, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2019 in Eastern Star Nursing Home with her living family by her side. Judith was born on January 13, 1938 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late James and Helen Meade Ford. Judith is survived by one son, Dennis R. O’Brien and wife Yvonne of The Villages, FL, one daughter, Laura Donath and husband Mike of New Providence, NJ, three grandchildren, Shane P. O’Brien, Alec R. O’Brien, and Morgan E. Donath, two sisters, Carol Ford Luchansky of Venice, FL and Gail A. Ford of Southbury, CT, one niece, Jane Balducci and husband John of Southport, NC, two nephews, James Luchansky and wife Peggy of Shelton, CT and John Luchansky of Venice, FL. Funeral services will be held on  Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM in St. Mark’s Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford, where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Russell Augustine. Interment will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford.
