Robert S. Brunetti

Robert S. Brunetti Sr., age 80, of Easton, beloved husband of the late Rosemarie Yuhas Brunetti, passed away suddenly on June 1, 2022 in St. Vincent’s Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was born on July 4, 1941 in Bridgeport and was the son of the late Paul and Ann Horvath Brunetti. He graduated from Roger Ludlow High School in 1959. Robert was the owner and president of B&B Contracting, Inc. Robert loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a great gardener and many times gave vegetables and fruit to his family and friends. He belonged to the NRA and coached his son, Cory in many rifle matches. Robert also loved to go hunting with his brother, Ron and always kept in touch with him. Robert is survived by three sons, Robert Brunetti Jr., David Brunetti and Cory Brunetti and wife, Angie, eight grandchildren, Laura and husband, Saul, Stephen, Quentin, Nathan, Tyler, Sarah, Kaitlyn and Devin, one great grandson, Axl, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his beloved wife, Rosemarie, Robert was also predeceased by one brother, Paul Brunetti. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 9:30 AM in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Brian P. Gannon. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford on Monday, June, 6, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
