Sheila Estrada

Estrada, Sheila A. Farrell Estrada, age 80, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Robert W. Estrada, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2018 in Connecticut Hospice Branford with her loving family by her side. Sheila was born on January 7, 1938 in Scranton, PA and was the daughter of the late Leo and Dorothy Gallagher Farrell. She was employed by Connecticut National Bank for many years. She enjoyed dancing, sewing, especially making baby blankets and cherished spending time with family and friends. Sheila is survived by one son, Robert M. Estrada and wife Danielle of Pennsylvania; one daughter, Krisann Kordas and husband George of Seymour; three grandchildren, Autumn, Daniel and Ethan; one brother-in-law, William Estrada of Milford; two sisters-in-law, Connie Farrell of Bridgeport, CT and Gloria Farrell of Elmont, NY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband, Robert of 52 years, Sheila was also predeceased by one brother, Leo Farrell Jr. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. directly in Holy Name of Jesus Church, 1950 Barnum Avenue, Stratford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Mariusz Olbrys. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford, on Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
