Stanley Gadsky Sr

Gadsky, Stanley Gadsky Sr., age 103, of Stratford, beloved husband of the late Margarite Angelovich Gadsky, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2016 in the Lutheran Home of Southbury. Stanley was born on November 3, 1912 in Stratford and was the son of the late Stephan and Rose Kruzinski Gadski. He was employed by Raybestos as a gear cutter until his retirement. Stanley was an avid fisherman and cherished spending quality time with family. He is survived by one son, Walter Gadsky and wife Patricia of Oxford, three grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer and Laura and husband Edward, one great granddaughter, Ashley and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his beloved wife Margarite, Stanley was also predeceased by one son, Stanley Gadsky Jr., two brothers, Edward and Julius Gadski and one sister, Julia Gadski.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford where a service will be officiated by Rev. Robert Hoyt. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
