William Forth Sr. Obituary

William Forth Sr., age 81, of Milford, beloved husband of Johanne Lebrecque Forth, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025 in Connecticut Hospice with his loving family by his side. William was born on June 12, 1944 in Bridgeport and was the son of the late Joseph and Nanette Cipolla Mlodzianski. He was the proprietor of Stratford Monument and Sandblasting, family owned for 96 years. He was a member of the Sunday over 30 softball league and a member of the Oronoque and Grassy Hill Country Clubs. Bill’s artistic legacy lives on in his creations of monuments and memorials all over the state of Connecticut and the lives he touched. In addition to his beloved wife, Johanne, Bill is survived by one son, John Forth and wife, Theresa, three stepdaughters, Sabrina French and husband, Larry, Stephanie McCool and Sheena Falcone and husband, Jason, devoted grandfather, to nine grandchildren, Stephanie, Jesse, Lindsey, Kylie, Larry, Lacey, Jason, Julian and Scarlett. In addition to his beloved parents, William is also predeceased by his first wife, Dale Robstock, one son, William Forth Jr., and two brothers, Glenn Forth and Paul Mlodzianoski. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford, officiated by Deacon John Piatak. Interment will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home.
